3. Types of Technologies Used
3.1 Essential cookies
These are necessary for the proper operation of the Service and do not require user consent.
They enable, among other things:
- maintaining the user session (login) - authentication cookies set by Supabase,
- remembering cookie consent choices (cookieConsent),
- ensuring security.
3.2 Functional cookies
These allow the Service to remember user choices and adapt the experience accordingly, in particular:
- the preferred language of the Service (preferred_locale),
- the preferred currency for displaying property prices (preferred_currency),
- the last selected listings tab (announcementsTab).
3.3 Analytical cookies
These are used to collect information about how the Service is used, for example the number of visits and traffic sources. The Service uses Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.), which is loaded only after the user gives consent in the cookie banner.
3.4 Marketing cookies
These are used to better tailor advertising content. The Service does not currently set marketing cookies; should this change, consent will be requested in the cookie banner first.
3.5 Payment provider
Payments and the management of payment methods take place on pages operated by Stripe (checkout.stripe.com, billing.stripe.com). Stripe sets its own cookies on those pages for security and fraud prevention, in accordance with the Stripe cookie policy. The Service itself does not set Stripe cookies.
3.6 Similar technologies
The Service uses localStorage, among other things, to:

6. Consent Management
During the first visit to the Service, the user may consent to selected categories of cookies.
The user may change cookie settings at any time.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
7. Managing Cookies in the Browser
The user may manage cookies independently in browser settings.
This may include, for example:
Information about cookie management is available in the browser documentation, for example Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
Restricting cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.

8. Data Stored Locally
Data saved in localStorage and similar mechanisms:
