Apartments for sale in Golem, Albania

Golem has 2,949 apartments for sale, with a median asking price of €97,600 and €1,441 per square metre, which makes it one of the cheapest places on the Albanian coast to buy a sea-side flat. Golem is the resort strip immediately south of Durrës, a few kilometres of sandy beach lined with apartment complexes and summer hotels.
